Approximately 10 miles northwest of Atlanta, the town of Smyrna was founded in 1872 and now has over 50,000 residents spread out across 15 square miles. The U.S. Census Bureau ranks Cobb County as the most-educated in the state of Georgia and 12th among all counties in the United States. It has ranked among “top 100 wealthiest counties in the United States”.

Interstate I-285 is minutes away allowing quick access to the Hartsfield Jackson Airport as well as access to I-20 for 20 a minute route to downtown Atlanta. No shopping center is too far away. Restaurants within walking distance include: South City Kitchen, Muss & Turner’s, McCray’s, Bella’s Pizza and Blue Moon Pizza. With a true focus on family — a special quality that is not found all too often — The Fox Chapel neighborhood hosts annual parties and yard sales in the spring and summer. To ensure the highest levels of standards are maintained for all homeowners — the Fox Chapel Homeowners Association (HOA) is an active and supportive group to the community.
